participation in the Freeride World Tour.

ABOUT THE ART:

"Sometimes it's hard to focus on the journey. It's hard not to get swept up in the destination of our dreams, and this Viking ship reminds me to focus on the present. The colors represent elements of nature, especially some of my favorites, snow, ice and water. Although the ship is how I see myself on the journey of my professional snowboarding career, many ups and downs have brought me to this point. I intentionally wanted the ship to be in the middle of the board to remind me of how much I have overcome and how much more I have to offer on the journey of life.". - Erika Vikander

Directional Camber, Rocker Nose:

Rocker in the nose leading to traditional camber underfoot. Float down smoothly
and holds up well on groomed trails.

Flex: 8 Strong, agile and stable directional Flex.

2xtraction bumbs:
additional edge contact points that give the board more control and edge stability, especially
on icy surfaces.

Directional 20mm Setback/11mm Tail Tapered - the board has a narrower tail by 5mm from the nose, as well as inserts shifted toward the tail by 20mm. The setback treatment helps transfer power to the rear of the board,
so that the front floats easily on fresh snow and does not kick up on moguls
which translates into less effort for the rider.

2X Basalt Stringers - Carbon fiber replacement with similar properties. 2 straight strips with similar properties. Basalt Stringers are stretched from tip to tail to increase pop during jumps and cause more edge pressure without lateral rotation for smoother carving and high-speed stability by dampening unpleasant vibrations.
