The condition for creating a new account is to fill in all the required fields in the new account tab - when registering, you must provide your current address and phone number, as it will be the basis for verification of orders placed. ![]() | 2) Shopping. At the top there is a menu, where you select a particular category - subcategory - product. After selecting the product, place it in the shopping cart - to do this, click on the green shopping cart button next to the product. If the product has different colors or sizes, select the size, color, etc. you are interested in before placing it in the cart. After clicking on the shopping cart, we see the status of our order - we can continue shopping, update the cart or finish shopping by clicking on "order". After clicking on the order button we are in the tab where our shipping address is given, which we can change if we want to send the package to a different address than the one we gave when setting up the user account. At the bottom we can add a comment to the order (e.g.: stickers please), after clicking order we see the confirmation of our order with the shipping address and the order total. ![]() | 4) Confirmation of order. Once your order has been placed, our employee will contact you to confirm your order and determine if all items ordered are currently in stock. The shipment will reach you within a few days, although for reasons beyond our control it may take longer, but no longer than 14 days. Most of the time, the package arrives within 2-3 days of being shipped. | |
![]() | 5) Complaints, returns. All goods in Monument's online store are covered by the manufacturer's or importer's warranty. If the goods have not been used and are in the original packaging it is possible to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. In order to do so, it is necessary to fill in return goods form, attach the purchase receipt and send the package at your expense to the address given in the contact tab . The amount of the refund will be equal to the amount shown on the receipt for the purchase of the goods. For orders over 250, we deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. Please do not send goods on delivery, as such packages will not be accepted by our staff. In the form you specify whether the goods are to be exchanged for another, or whether the amount will be transferred to your account or forwarded by postal order. Under the warranty, you can expect defects to be corrected or the goods to be replaced within 21 days of receiving the goods. To this period is added the time for shipping the repaired or replaced goods. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the user's fault as a result of non-compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance, as well as defects resulting from poor storage, mechanical injury and random accidents. The discovery of unauthorized tampering in the equipment will void the warranty. Also in this case, you need to fill out the form for returning the goods. |
