International Returns Policy – skatecapitol.com
At skatecapitol.com, we make every effort to ensure that our products meet the expectations of customers worldwide. However, if the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it under the following conditions.
1. Right of Return
Customers purchasing from outside Poland have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing any reason.
2. Conditions for Return Acceptance
The returned product must:
- be in unused condition,
- show no signs of wear,
- include original tags and packaging (if provided),
- be properly secured for transport.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use or damage.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email at: info@skatecapitol.com, providing your order number and information about the return.
- After receiving confirmation, send the product back to the provided return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods from abroad is covered by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the moment we receive and approve the returned product. Funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size), please contact us via email. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.
7. Non-returnable Products
The right of return does not apply to:
- custom-made products,
- personalized items,
- products used beyond standard inspection.
8. Damaged Goods and Complaints
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) and include photos documenting the damage.
