The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded within 14 days. At the time, the company Monument.PL, depending on the customer's wishes, will refund the value of the order
by traditional transfer , and from May 2021 by fast Cash Back transfer which will handle all payments and will appear in the customer's account within 3 hours.
We give you a guarantee to return the ordered goods within 14 days. However, we reserve the right to postpone this deadline for another 14 days during large
promotions and dates of increased sales. If the delivered goods did not suit you for any reason, please send it, in the above
on your own expense or to ours after completing the electronic return form , which can be found at the link RETURN OF GOODS . We, for our part
we will send you by bank transfer the amount of the value of the returned goods within 14 days or as in the above case, the deadline may be postponed
for the next 14 days . When requesting a return or exchange of goods , it is required to include a printed, completed and signed form
and an invoice or receipt.

EXCHANGE:

We allow the possibility of exchanging goods in case the ordered size does not correspond to the customer for the same goods he ordered
with corrected size. The goods are sent back by the customer at his own expense. Monument.PL sends back the exchanged goods at its expense.
However, it is possible that in Monument.pl we do not have other sizes from the selected assortment, so before sending the goods, please
contact the store staff and arrange a possible replacement or order the goods on our online store ,
in the comment to your order write : exchange to order no......(indicating previous order no.) .
It is also possible to order the goods and offset the money from the return. In such a situation we proceed
similarly: we order the goods in the comment to the order write : exchange for return
No.....(we provide the return number). We will then contact you
to agree on the details of the offset.
