GNU Snowboard
Gloss is a board for girls who love to ride everywhere and on everything. They don't pay attention to riding on the nave leg or switch just have fun with every turn and second of being on the snow. And it's all thanks to the right technology in the form of twin shape and friendly flex's along with the
hybrid rocker-camber C2e shape. And if Gloss falls into the snowpark
it shines on every obstacle.
EC2 is a rocker between the bindings and an elliptical (softer) camber outside them. The highest camber point of the camber is closer to the feet, as are the contact points. This makes the board more
sensitive to the commands given, forgives mistakes and does not limit development when driving faster
and learning tricks. Patent Mervin Mfg.
Magne-Traction is a special corrugated edge with 7 contact points. A normal board has only 2. This makes the board much more stable on the edge, especially showing on hard
or icy slope. Magne Traction does not need to be sharpened as often as a regular edge,
to continue to enjoy unbelievable grip while driving. Patent Mervin Mfg
Twin - symmetrical board for easy riding on both legs.
Co-Extruded Base - fast, yet very durable pressed slide.Aspen/Paulownia
Core is a core composed of 2 types of wood. Aspen to strengthen the board. This core gives the board
very strong pop. All cores are manufactured from scratch at the Mervin Mfg factory
Tri-Ax / Bi-Ax Fiberglass Combo - fiberglass laid transversely and longitudinally
for even more pop and control on the board.
Flex 4 for 130, 4,5 for 140 and 5 for 144,148.
Handbuilt in the USA at Mervin Manufacturing which is the most eco-friendly snowboard factory
worldwide. This includes the materials, recycling and energy that power the factory.
