Warranty and complaints

On the subject of the manufacturer's warranty of the goods and the seller's liability to the buyer under the warranty, the applicable provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

Warranty, warranty are subject to latent defects in the product resulting from errors in materials or production process. All purchased goods are subject to warranty upon sale, i.e. manufacturer's warranty, if the manufacturer provides such, however, always each product purchased from us is, regardless of the manufacturer's warranty, secured by a warranty provided directly by our store.

The buyer may exercise warranty rights for physical defects of the item independently of the rights under the warranty. Exercise of rights under the guarantee does not affect the seller's liability under the warranty. However, if the buyer exercises warranty rights, the time limit for exercising warranty rights is suspended from the date of notification of the defect to the seller. The time limit continues to run from the date of the guarantor's refusal to perform its obligations under the guarantee or the ineffective expiration of the time for their performance.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Is determined for a given period from the date of purchase (based on the warranty card or / with the document of purchase - receipt, invoice).If no other term is reserved in the guarantee document, the term of the guarantee shall be 24 months calculated from the date when the thing was delivered to the buyer. Confirmation of the warranty at the time of sale is the warranty document issued to the buyer.

Warranty

The seller is liable to the buyer if the sold thing has a physical or legal defect.

A physical defect consists in the non-conformity of the thing sold with the contract. In particular, the thing sold is not in conformity with the contract if:

1) does not have the characteristics that a thing of this kind should have due to the purpose specified in the contract or resulting from the circumstances or purpose;

2) does not have the properties that the seller assured the buyer of, including by presenting a sample or model;

3) it is not suitable for the purpose about which the buyer informed the seller at the conclusion of the contract, and the seller did not object to such purpose;

4) was delivered to the buyer in an incomplete state.

The seller is liable under the warranty for physical defects that existed at the time when the danger passed to the buyer (delivery of the thing) or resulted from a cause inherent in the sold thing at the same time.

The seller is exempt from liability under the warranty if the buyer knew of the defect at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

If the buyer is a consumer and the physical defect is discovered before the expiration of one year from the date of delivery of the sold thing, the defect or its cause is presumed to have existed at the time the thing was delivered to the buyer. The seller is not liable under the warranty for physical defects that arise after the danger has passed to the buyer.

WARRANTY is a period of 24 months from the date of release of the item to the buyer (considered on the basis of the document of purchase - receipt, invoice, confirmation of receipt of the item).
